On Nov. 4, 2022 at 8:53AM [trans. # 104658] I paid for a set of upper dentures. To date they have been repaired three times where separate teeth have come out [this last time was while I was eating pasta]. There is obviously an issue with the manufacturing of these teeth. The location has been repairing them for free, so far. Also my insurance company has yet to receive a claim although Aspen has insisted they sent several claims to them. I'm dealing with a "he said, she said" situation. Can anyone at the corporate level be of any help resolving this? So far I'm out over $2000.00 for a set of upper dentures that have a problem plus I cannot get reimbursed for the insurance coverage of this procedure.
Desired outcome: Possible replacement of dentures and insurance resolution.
