I am completely upset with how this establishment provides communication. My complaint is not with my local store, employees and/or physician. My complaint is with the company as a whole, as you cannot call your office direct to schedule an appointment, check on an order and/or order, etc. There is a local phone number for the business yet when you call you are directly re-routed to customer service. You then go through listed prompts & are on hold till you're fed up. This is literally my third time today 10/20/20 calling the local number & being on hold. I am currently at 27:03 minutes.
I work in customer service in the insurance claims industry & if our clients were directed this way, we would not have business. Anyone should be able to contact their local office. The call would be nothing more than a few seconds and/or minutes. This is a huge inconvenience when you are dropping several hundred dollars at a clip. And now with COVID measures in order, you cannot just drop by the office as they will not allow you in unless you have an appointment.
In addition to being on hold, I try to activate a live chat with someone. Even that route, you are waiting until the cows come home until you get some type of response.
I need answers & I need them right away. This is not proper for anyone especially a company to operate in this fashion.
