I requested my full dental records going back to 2021 in September 12th 2023 through email to the office manager Nikki Bloom she sent me a release form to fill out and send back which I stated I wanted paper copies MAILED to me. 4/21/2023 - Scheduled appointment for cleaing/x-rays. X-rays were performed but no cleaning. Also, was asked to speak with Nikki Bloom regarding payment plan for other work to be completed. I did apply for Comenity Capital Bank.
4/24/2023 - Called Nikki Bloom(Bensalem PA) office, canceled all appointments, because, my insurance will not pay for all work to be performed. I spoke with Nikki; and asked her to update my file.
4/30/2023- Called Comenity capital Bank, they indicated I still have a balance of $1500, but no work was performed.
5/1/2023 and 5/5/2023 Aspen Dental Phone systems were down, unable to make a call.
I am asking; please update the billing; send verification (letter and email); showing I do not owe any money. This will need to be done NOW.
Desired outcome: Please update records, showing I am not liable for billing, send letter and email and update records with credit bureau and Comenity Capital Bank
Aspen Dental - Dentures money-back guarantee
As of April 27th, 2023, I have been trying to contact the Aspen Customer Service Management team to reaffirm my wanting to exercise Aspen Dental Moneyback Denture Guarantee. I tried contacting them today, May 2nd, 2023, to get them to no avail. I am now requesting in writing the money-back denture guarantee. Below have been my many attempts to have my dentures fit properly. Since Feb 2nd, 2023, and the fourteen visits following to sit my bottom denture, on the fifteenth visit,
Dr. Vargas informed me that the bottom not sitting is due to my tongue-tied, and after paying $6000 on Feb 2nd for their top-line dentures. Aspen Dental wanted to charge me $450., to snip the skin attached to the underside of my tongue
I feel that nothing changed, nor did I do anything to impair the dentures. So I refused to pay the extra charge, feeling this tongue-tied should have been diagnosed by Feb 2nd, before the final attempt on April 3rd. When I asked for a guaranteed refund, they stopped returning my calls. WHAT A NIGHTMARE, BOTH PHYSICALLY (unable to eat) AND MENTALLY (I have been depressed since Feb 2nd.).
Randy Bernstein
Desired outcome: My life back.
