Planet Fitness

my story lasted for approximately 1.5 years. Than I left, because it wasn't toleratable. 3 female employee, enjoyed texting, laughing, talking, making fun , making me feel humiliated in the gym. Being stalked, one day. Eavesdropping on conversation as well. Harrassment, bullying. and franchise owner was aware. Never contacted me. Employee discussing with me, other gym customers private information, home address, ages, etc..telling me never to tell anyone or she'll get fired. Discussing other gym customers private lives. Breaking company policy.

And, again, manager, online p.f. franchise Owner. Acknowledgement of all of this.

Numerous inappropriate degrading comments and actions about me, some on camera. A incident on a Saturday in May of 22. I told the manager about. Regarding a employee and her boyfriend. Nothing was done.

I recently departed the gym. Judgment free, critic free zone it is not. Antagonizing, bullying zone, is more like it. Franchise Owner never contacted me.

being text, talked about. For a year. By employee's. Made numerous complaints. Nothing changed. Just wanted to be left alone.

Like I was promised by manager.

I sent numerous events, via email, had a witness.

Employees, watching me. Then texting other employees. To tell them, I'm coming.

I am a member of planet fitness, my home base is Shamokin Dam, pa. Over the last 1-2 years, I have been going to the Bloomsburg planet fitness due to the fact that it is right across the street from my employer. On Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, I was informed that I had used up my 10 visits for the month & had to pay $5.00. You do nothing but advertise about the benefits of having the black card and that you can go to any planet fitness, however, you do not advertise that there are visit limitations. My situation is that my employer is in Bloomsburg, while my residence is in Northumberland, pa which is closer to my home base in shamokin dam. I have also learned from other members that it is by "franchises"..that you can frequently use different planet fitness facilities. Is this also true? And that Bloomsburg pa is not a franchise with shamokin dam, pa?.Is there any way possible that a planet fitness rep could contact me or e-mail me explaining these rules? I just think this is bad business. Isn't it nice knowing that you have the dedicated members, members that do look for other facilities if they go out of town, go onvacations, etc. or just a hometown person like myself that works & resides between 2 of your facilities. I do enjoy working out, and have cholesterol problems which I do need to exercise. I would also like to add is when I do go to the Bloomsburg facility, they make you sign a tablet which other members have stated that they are the only facility in our area that makes you do this. I hope to hear from you within the next 10 days, if not, I will take my complaints further. Thank you for your time...Brenda Herman
