I first tried to place an online order through my phone. I didn't see any place to enter a gift card that I had for cracker barrel. I than called the store directly. They took me to the manager on duty that evening. August 6, 2020 around 5 in the evening. At the chamersburg, pa. Store. When I explained my situation to the manager. I told him there was no place to submit a gift card. He said just put in a credit card and hung up. I was very upset with his attitude and not his willingness to help in this situation. I let it go. Does it mean that cracker barrel gift cards are not any good?
Plus I am single mother I was ordering dinner for my family on my way home from work. This was given to me as a "gift" from my church. What if you have the means in your account to cover this? I am just trying to take care of my family during this time of crisis. [protected]@gmail.com
