Domino's Pizza - Poor service and poor product

I bought two pizza's on 12/12/2021 @ 5:57 PM. We waited for the pizza's and watched the tracker app and it stayed in the prep phase for almost an hour. I called the store to make sure there was not an issue with my order and the manager said no they got our order and it would be out soon for delivery. I continue to watch the app and it finally moved into the bake phase. It then stayed in the phase to check the order for accuracy for about 30 minutes. It was going on 7:45 so I called the store again and they said that the pizza was waiting for the driver to come to pick it up and it would be sent out shortly. We finally got a text message stating that Jamie has entered your neighborhood and your pizza would be delivered shortly. This was at 8:35 PM. We got it at about 8:40 PM. The pizza did not have extra cheese and it was cold. I hate cold pizza and reheated pizza. I did not eat it. I was unable to upload the email receipt that I got from the order. It was from store # 9053 622 Gravel Pike Suite 106 East Greenville, PA [protected]. Order # 315712. Total with $6.00 tip (that I always apply when I order on line at time of the order) was $42.39. We had to wait almost three hours for our pizza. If we were told the first time when we called we would have went and got the pizza on our own, we only live 5 to 6 miles from the pizza shop. This sounds just like what I experienced on 12/15/2021 as well, but I am in Columbus, Ohio. I ordered at 7:10 pm and my order did not arrive until 9:40 pm. No one from the store called to say they were having any issues or that my order would be delayed. I called the store around 8:30 and was on hold for a long time before they answered. They said they only had 2 delivery drivers. They didn't offer any sort of compensation for my seriously delayed order. I work early in the morning so I was ready for bed by the time the order was delivered. If they would have indicated with it was order that it would take so long I would have cancelled or went to pick up the order. My order was $57 with a $9 tip. I order Dominos frequently, but I am not so sure I will do that moving forward after this experience.
