Came in store to place 2 orders 1 for my Son which was 3 plain tacos soft with cheese & chicken., also wanted a burrito bowl for myself with chicken Cauliflower rice was asked by the lady young female (African American) at the counter look like she is about 20 yrs old she look confused as what I was ordering, We both had mask on so I just thought she could not hear me, I repeated again the taco order Im still waiting to give my order for my bowl now there are more customers behind me they can overhear this! employee ask for the 4th time what is on the tacos so I repeated again the lady now walks to the back she says something to one of her fellow make employee young man standing there I can't hear what she said but the young man is now looking at me, she is rolling her eyes at this point I'm totally annoyed, also this seems strange I order from this location never had an issue. The young lady returns from the back the line is now to the door other customers annoyed as well, She has taco shells soft in her hand begins to warm them up she never asked about the burrito bowl? So at this point I'm calling for the manager yes my voice was loud so the manager could hear my request Im still calm enough wear im am not screaming the manager comes out young woman she asked what is the problem Im surprised by her nasty approach. I explain that I placed an order 5 times and the lady still did not understand my order Im completely annoyed she looks at me without hearing the story to the fullest and states Im going to have to ask you to leave I state WHY she states I don't want any confrontation is the store the customer older gentleman looks about 50 to 55 yrs old raises his voice and tells the manager she did not do anything your employee cannot process her order right I was totally appalled to be asked to leave in front of Everyone also I'm a Nurse a professional big on Customer Service I told your entire staff that all of them will be reported why would the manager assume It was going to be a confrontation? Im sure she has encountered upset customers before I felt racially stereotyped bcuz I was a Black women and the employee was as well she was behind the counter never tried to strike her I was very upset yes my voice was elevated as other customers as well as I left I did say some curse words walking out the door such as stupid A$ I just got thrown out the store for no reason all I requested was another employee to take my order or the manager I feel both should be retrained the manager never offered any resolve she chose to throw me out even when she saw me visibly upset she did not care, I don't go to businesses and cause problems or a scene I carry myself professionally everyday I want to report this to Corporate these employees are a disgrace to your company especially the Manager.
Desired outcome: Employees need to be retrained how to handle these types of situations do not sterotype anyone also listen to the customer the employee is not lawyas right I wnat follow up as soon as possible from Corporate
