J.D. Byrider - unprofessional/ waste of time

Myself and My Wife went to JD Byrider in Monroeville Pa. Before I get fired up I wasted almost 2 hours of driving to there dealership. Never got to look at one vehicle or test drive. Thank God! We sit with the salesperson 10 feet from a window that was busted out the day before couldn't hear one word she was saying. Then we go into an office and do a video chat with one of there so called financial advisers. I'm not gonna post about my credit past but I had an illness that lasted nearly a year and I lost a vehicle due to not being able to work. I felt like I was sitting in a court room being questioned about my whole life. Well long story short they want $3, 000.00 down before we could look at any vehicle. I looked at my wife while they were still talking and said we are out of here right now. On are journey home I started looking at reviews on JD Byrider and CNAC. I'm gald didn't give them one dime towards there vehicle. We found the same vehicle at another dealership same price, 35, 000 miles less and remaining factory warranty. I'm urging anyone who goes there if you get one of there vehicles take it a certified garage and have it fully inspected and be very cautious of these people. Thank you

J.D. Byrider - financing for cars that are not worth it!!!

I purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion from Monroeville J.D.Byrider. My car literally sounds like it is going to fall apart. Eveytime I take it to be serviced, nobody knows what is wrong. I pay 207.42 every 2 weeks for a car that squeaks, the mirror wont move, and now the rear defrost is not working. Currently I still owe 12, 000.00 on a car with 123942 miles on it. I attempted to trade it in, but no other company will accept a car from J.D.Byrider! I believe this place takes advantage of people and the cars may look nice for a month or 2 then you start having problems and stuck in this contract for 5 years and the car is not even going to last that long! What's really funny is they send you e-mails to check in on you an when you start to complain...no one will return your call!

They (JD byrider let me leave the lot with a truck that the speedometer didn't work correctly and when i totaled the truck about a week later they told me they'd take me to court because i didnt want to refinance for a vehicle that i didnt want if i new that was gonna happen i woulda went to chevy because they cars brake down after 1 to 2 months JD BY RIDER IS A SCAMM

J.D. Byrider - auto fraud

I purchased a vehicle with JD Byrider, which I was told was a 4WD by salesperson.
The time came to use the 4WD option as we are experiencing adverse weather conditions.
I could not figure out how to engage 4WD so I called dealership's service for help.
Upon arrival, the mechanic inspected vehicle and determined it was not 4WD.

wow these people r getting away with robbery i got my car in oct 09 its dec 09 and my car has had alot of work done to it already new transmission one week after pur. and new starter this week and two days later doesnt start someone should do something about this place this place sucks

You didn't check out the 4WD when you test drove it at time of purchase? Sounds like you got what you deserve. Don't be so helpless - take a little responsibility on yourself. It is shameful that you needed a mechanic to inspect it to tell you it wasn't a 4WD. If, however, the 4WD was defective, and didn't work, then that is a different issue and you may have a point.
