On around July 14th2023 I purchased 4 new tires from good year.com. 4-265/60R18. I chose Mr. tire as the facility to install them because it was close to my house. I called to confirm tires before taking vehicle, they couldn't find it. I called goodyear and they confirmed tires were delivered. They called Mr. Tire to confirm they were delivered to look for them. So, they found it after speaking. Now I took vehicle on the 18th of July dropped vehicle off. Now they put my new tires on font driver and the two rear tires no problem. When it came to the last tire on the front passenger side they were having issues to loosen the nuts. They called me saying they needed more time because nuts won't loosen up, they were too tight. On the 20th they called me saying rim is cracked and I need a new rim it will be about a thousand dollars. I said no that's too much I'll find a rim for my car. I did find one took rim to car they change rim and replace it with new tire. The owner still wanted to charge me $ 703.24 for labor? When they broke my rim because they couldn't take it off? I was treated unfairly and over charged. He ruined my rim. My name is Jessica
