I went into ross to buy a few things i had a bag that was broken mind you i already bought things from ross and i asked if i could have another bag the woman made me feel like i did something wrong she said they don't give out bags if you dont buy anything from ross i bought 6 items so what was the problem no more will i go to that store i felt so ashamed
Ross Dress for Less - salesperson unprofessional and rude
I purchased a gallon of Elmer's glue and a 1/2 gallon of neon pink slime glue and a sweater along with a 99 cent Ross bag . The cashier assoc: 825031 gave out all three items in one thank you thin plastic bag. I asked her can you double my bag or separate the glue . I explained once I move this bag the bag will bust . She refused I asked for a manager she moved my bag and said you can go in the back to get him . Security called the manager and the manager told me to take another bag. The cashier started ringing up some one else and continue to be rude to me she told me since you brought a 99 cent Ross bag you don't need your bag doubled . It went on for a minute I told her to be professional she refused . She should not be ringing up customers if she can't be professional . It's not my fault they didn't have any store bags . We are spending our money and they are giving us these thin thank you bags, the bags are thin like paper . Lana is her name i May have spelled it wrong but her associate number from my receipt is 825031
You are ridiculous, they were out of bags. Get over yourself
