So I purchased furniture beginning of November and was told everything would be delivered sat December 21st here we are received the couches but the recliners won't be here until January now. What I found very rude was the delivery guys we had issues with getting it into the house so we had to take the door off. They said they didn't have all day to wait around which would only been another 10 minutes so what did they do set it outside for us to carry in. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from this franchise and I'll make sure no one I know does either. Especially my mother in law who is coming in next week to make a purchase. Should of read the reviews about this place first because I would of never purchased one single thing. It's sad biglots puts you guys to shame and that's not saying much.
