KFC - famous chicken bowl

I went to kfc in Penn hills because everyone was telling me about how good there famous bowl was. I've never ate here before. So I went to purchase 3 famous bowl fill up box which the young lady told me I could get the combo for 1 cent more. So I ordered that 3 and there was no cookies. And I ordered one Mountain Dew and 2 cokes and received all diet drinks no cookies and my children was so upset! I just spent my hard earned money on this meal and didn't even receive what I paid for. I should've checked the bag but I was so tired from just getting off of work all I wanted to do was just get something to eat so I didn't have to cook when I got home. The bowls where ok but there was 3 small pieces of chicken in each box. I'm just so disappointed because I live about 15 minutes away. But it is close to my job. This doesn't make any sense I called the store they said they would have someone call me back they didn't. Unbelievable
