We ve been using Northview animal hospital for all of our pets for over 40 yrs.
Vca bought the practice and others in the Pittsburgh area maybe 10 years ago.
The quality of care has declined in that period, from vets not being able to cut dogs nails to difficulty making appointments.
Also I noticed that docs on site have been reduced, older vets have left, and costs have probably doubled while service is dreck.
We are currently trying to get an appointment for a possible infection in our dogs anal gland but 1st appointment is 3 weeks out which we made. Also available is an emergency appointment at 200. That also isn't, t available on a daily basis.
Desired outcome: Care for pets which is their company mission ,Necessary appointment in timely manner.
