Sofa and ottoman delivered on March 9, 2021. Damage to the doorway of the room the delivery men unsuccessfully attempted to shove it through. One of the delivery men took photos of the damaged doorway and asked me to call "customer service" [protected]) while they were still in my house. Spoke with Jorge, the delivery man took my phone and had a long conversation in Spanish (which I did not understand) with this "customer representative". I would love the transcript of this call since I did not understand what he said to this man. The feet on the sofa are also missing and were supposed to be delivered on 3/24/2021. I have called 4 times now and have spoken to 4 different customer service representatives and have been told someone will come assess the damage. No one has contacted me.
Desired outcome: Delivery fee credited, assessment of the home property damage, and the sofa feet delivered as I paid for the whole product.
