On 12/15/2020 I purchased $400 of propane gas which was suppose to be delivered between 12/16 and 12/24/2020. It is now 1/8/2021 and I still don't have my gas. I have completely run out of gas over a week ago. I have been calling about my delivery since 12/24/20. Every time I call the customer rep tells me they will send my delivery to escalation unit which is suppose to come out within 24-48 hrs. I have received the same message 11 times and yet I still have no gas. Temperatures have been in the 20"s at night and the temperature inside my house has dropped to 45 degrees. I don't know what else to do.
Desired outcome: Delivery of gas and a credit since I had to go and purchase space heaters, kerosene heaters and order 3 meals( for 4 people) a day for the last week

We are having the same problem, ordered 12/11 for delivery by 12/21, called at least six times, tried the email, no response as yet, did the chat yesterday when it worked. Told “tomorrow “, and expedited, still nothing. And we turned it off at two percent to avoid a safety issue .
