My daughter who is 12 went into your chipotle at the Lehigh valley mall in Allentown pa with a gift card of hers. I was wondering what was taking so long. She had to walk a distance to get to me and when she came to me I said what took so long. She said they had no race in the store and I asked her to open it up I wanted to see what it look like they charged her 89 for crap that look like this.
I drove around the mall to go back into your store I walked in there myself and asked to speak to a manager. A guy went to the back and then came forward again I showed him what my issue was inside the bowl and he went back again to get her. It was an African-American manager that came to the front and I kind of felt like she was accusing that she did not see a young girl come in with a gift card first second it seemed like she was accusing that she ate out of the bowl when that is the way they served it to us. I was getting really upset at that point and I told them that I will not pay for this at $8.89 with no rice in it and it looking like the picture is going to show. I am highly offended that a manager would even act like that I ran a pizzeria restaurant business for 10 years and the customer is always right. The young man who was in the front eventually fixed it for me put more chicken in it they still didn't have rice though. It's shameful that they had to charge a young girl 889 with no racing it and not even a full bowl that's terrible. Sincerely Tonia Bastone
