I was at citizens bank branch at 1495 hartford ave in Johnston, RI at 9:005 a.m. on 5/3/2021 and used my direct deposit social security card issued from the treasury dept. I inserted card and it asked for pin and and amount then the screen kept displaying circle with arrow as if it were processing my request and it was taking a long time. Finally it said remove card to dispense cash, when I did it returned to the welcome screen and never got cash or even a slip. we tried the other atm at drive thru and it would not accept the cash amount and without explanation other than try a different amount. when we arrived at first atm a lady said the machine was not working as card was going in slot. After walking away a few feet a gentleman tried to withdraw cash without success. I am convinced that I am not the only victim this morning. The bank says to see the card issuer and there was nothing they could do since it was not a citizens atm card. My card vendor started an investigation for my loss but said it could take up to 90 days and even then I have no Idea of the outcome. I am a senior and on a limited fixed income and count on this money every month to try to pay my bills. I can't believe that something like this could even happen and it will be a cold day in hell before I ever trust an ATM again and as for citizens bank I think your bad policies are only exceeded by your greed

On 3.17.21 citizens bank ATM did not dispense my cash from an ADP card
I am a customer of citizens also.
But the money was on the ADP card and when I did the withdrawal it did not dispense
Citizen claims there is no department to verify the ATM shortage
I called the branch several times and they will not help to refund my money back to my ADP card.
The bank is 1495 Harftord Ave
I am certain that they check the cash in an ATM and know that it was not received.
