Applebee's

I've seen how badly they treat their best employees, (Yep - like crap) mainly firing black workers for little to no reason, while the white managers/employees get away with negligent or criminal business practices, and harassing customers who complain about their often lousy food or horrible customer service. Applebee's in aiken, loves to rehire or keep employed degenerates, incompetent managers, bad employees, and racist #.. One waiter who was working there, was assaulted by two drunk customers, when the employees told the manager working that night, he told them - he wasn't going to do anything about it or stand up for the waiter, so after being assualted again, the waiter called the police for help, and the applebee's manager fired him, and asked the customers stay, and refused to kick them off the premises! This is the kind of establishment, that gives the restaurant business a bad name. I've stopped eating there, because of the crappy food, raising up food costs to customers, and the misconduct of how applebee's treats their good employees. Which is why employee turnover has remain so high there and other applebee restaurants, across the country...

Applebee’s manager fired over racial remarks: the general manager of the applebee’s in aiken, sc., has been fired after accusations he discriminated against an employee.

Longtime employee; rev. Victor beckles filed a complaint with the aiken county black caucus and the organization began an investigation on friday.
The applebee’s franchisee, neighborhood hospitality inc., initiated an investigation too.

The company president theresa johnson sent news26 a statement that stated the company expects professionalism and respect in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.

Johnson also said that incidents like this violates company policy, and has been happening across the country. But we are determined to change our ways of doing business unprofessionally, & mistreating our employees...

“we took appropriate disciplinary action and terminated the manager.” said johnson.

So applebee's, please explain... Applebee's (Or burger king or any other establishment) because it's against the law to have policies that condone racism.
