Oct 13, 2019 my husband and I purchased the Staymore bedroom set. After I got home I decided to call our sales person (Alice) to change our purchase to the Lettner Collection. Complaint number one: Alice told me there would be a refund of $105.82, we have not receive as of yet. She also said if I was not satisfied I could exchange back to the Staymor Collection. Complaint number 2: We received our furniture on Oct 21st and to my surprise when I got home from work, I did not see the same furniture I saw on the store floor. The color in the store was a light grey. However, the color of my furniture was olive green. I immediately called customer care. Also, the foot board was damaged. I took pictures as instructed by the customer care representative and sent via email. I called customer care the entire week and was told there was nothing they could do, maybe it was the lighting in my home, even though I sent pictures that clearly showed an olive green color. One representative agreed that the color appeared olive green and would send 2 bedside tables because she could not tell what the other pictures were, I sent pictures of all pieces received. On Oct 31st, I received a delivery of the bedside tables but the were the same color as what I had in my house. So, I refused the delivery. On Nov 1st, we received a delivery of the foot board. However, it was more damaged than the one I received on previously. I am scheduled for another delivery on Nov 14th of the foot board. This had been a very disappointing event and an inconvenience to me and my husband. Ashely furniture has beautiful furniture but we are very dissatisfied with the products and responses to our problem. We are not asking for a refund only to exchange what I have or exchange back to the Staymore collection which was my original purchase.
