It is ridiculous that my family and I drove almost 45 minutes for a 6:10 appointment to be told it's a 45 minute to an hour wait. I had my makeup professionally done for the pictures so I tried to wait. At 7:10 we were told that there would be at least another hour. Why do you all book your appointments so close and leave no room for anything to happen? I would not stay at a doctor's appointment 2 hours pass the time. Then when I called to say we were there the guy said you gonna keep
The appointment or not. Very disrespectful. You guys messed up not me! I had my appointment on Saturday, November 29, 2019 at 6:10. He offered us to come in the next morning, but I was disgusted and the picture would show it. Also I would have to get my make up done again. I was told not to go back to portrait innovation but I did anyway. Something happened the last time I was there. I will no longer think of this business as being the best. No one should have to block an entire day for photographs!
