Had a telemedicine exam on March 23 without being warned! Was having some issues I needed addressed but was unable to because there was nobody to look at my eyes. Ended up having 2 corneal ulcers and an eye infection that SHOULD have been caught if I had seen a live person. Was issued a prescription for contacts in the wrong strength. Spent over $150 and now have had to spend another $500 at a real eye doctor to fix my problems and do a real eye exam. Not to mention the extra out of pocket money for more contacts. STOP WITH THE TELEMEDICINE VISITS! This is insurance fraud as it is NOT a complete eye exam!
Desired outcome: Response, refund
