I go to the gym around 5am. The guy that works the night shift is usually asleep in one of the storage rooms. If I want to get in the tanning bed or hydro beds I have to walk around and knock on the doors to wake him up. He acts like it is a complete annoyance for him to do his job. This has happen to me more times than I can count. He also takes personal calls and will go outside. I have reported this in the gym several times and so have other members. We are told unless "management catches him there is nothing they can do". Then the manager should come in at 5am and see what is going on. I a black card membership and cant use the perps of the gym. Also the gym was out of paper towels for days. We were told "the order didn't come in". This is unacceptable. It is obvious the manager at this gym does not care what goes on. I would appreciate it if the issue with this employee and the gym manager would be addressed immediately.
Desired outcome: Someone to be available to assist customer all the time
