Purchased a living room sectional 6 months ago one piece the “ armless chair” (cost 695.00) seat cushion & the lower front cushion are shifting. You can see in the pics theres a lump on the sit & a bend in the lower piece. We paid over $2000.00 for the set. called customer service sent pictures & was told it doesn’t look like a manufacture defect. they can send me the parts (cushions & covering) but I have to pay to have a Technician put it in. $70.00 I shouldn’t have to pay anything! There are 4 separate pieces, one cushion is buckling /shifting & it’s not a defect? (Poorly made) 6 months, & she said “it looks like it’s cust. Wear & tear” there r only 2 of us in the house & we are never home. & when we do sit it on it we sit on the 2 end recliners
Desired outcome: I want a new piece or at least have it fixed for free! I have paid enough.
