As of June 14, 2022 my boss decides to take me out of the work group chat without reason. Yesterday, we spoke (she says “off the clock”-speak freely) about my behavior & tardiness & other complaints I’ve had about the store such as people refusing to work. She claimed I will show up & leave whenever I felt fit, which isn’t true. I felt attacked for accusations that other people do as well. She proceeded to try to touch me, grab my wrists/hands lied about “being a family”. The inconsistency & the lies are too much. She told me I didn’t have to work yesterday & that we could continue this conversation later. I messaged her today asking what was the reason for firing me & she states I’m harassing her now? I’ve told her months ago that there’s no trainer in the store, she hires a 15 year old instead and fires them less than a month later. Now there’s a Baskin Captain who refuses to learn Dunkin, there are other employees who get away with doing the bare minimum. I got a pay raise of a shift lead but not the title instead it’s: “you’re like a shift lead”. Expects me to run a shift of 2 stores with 2 trainees, without the knowledge of how to do a refund or count drawer at the end of my shift. She will take the customers side over her own employees. It’s baffling to me when she knows she’s in the wrong & continues to speak to workers through manipulation & gaslighting. I’ve done so much in this store, yet I can’t even get a real reason as to why I don’t have a job anymore.

Desired outcome: Fired unethically!!! Either give me my job back or a valid reason as to why I was fired after claiming we could talk again.
