YMCA - Outdoor swimming pool access

I am a member at the west side Ymca in Knoxville, Tn. I come to Cleveland, Tn each Tuesday to keep my grandkids. Tried to take them swimming today at the Cleveland Ymca and was denied access because I was from out of town. The Knoxville Ymca is not being this restrictive. The only reason I joined the Ymca was to have time with my grandkids swimming etc at the Cleveland location and Nashville. And no, I have not been to Nashville since Covid. I am paying for this and can not use my membership. This is ridiculous! I will be dropping my membership is this is not changed. This ruins our time together this summer if this does not get changed. Knoxville is doing members only! You could allow in state members only and no guests but not complete denial!
