Hi
I am from the UK and went shopping at TH Maxx, Coolsprings, Franklin on the 21st October, literally the day that we flew back home to the UK (we go to Tenessee often but this is the first time we have shopped there)
All of the item purchased were immediately packed into our suitcase as we were flying out just after.
On arriving home I discovered we have been charged for something we did not receive
We purchased 11 items and were billed for 12.
There are 3 items (ref 40, boy's fashion), which we only had 2.
One was an UnderArmour T shirt (418769), and one was a Ralph Loren Red sweatshirt $24.99 (either ref no. 360656, 333332).
Could you please check the reference numbers for the $24.99 items and let me know what they are?
I would request a refund for the $24.99 item which I did not purchase but have been billed for.
