We ordered from the goodlettsville, tn. On long hollow pike february 2nd around 4 pm. Our pizza left the store, which is maybe 2 miles from my house, at 4:20 and arrived at our house around 5:25. The pizza was cold and had hardly any toppings on it. It was like cardboard. Jeremy said he would refund our money for the inconvenience but it's almost a week later and I still don't have a refund. I called the store and talked to jessica last week and she confirmed we should get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I called the store again today and was put on hold for 11 minutes then told the manager was too busy and would call me back. It's been 2 hours since that phone call? This is ridiculous! We've ordered from this store several times and it always good so I would love to try again but i'm beginning to think differently. It's not fair to be charged for a product that's not right!
Desired outcome: I want my 38 dollars back!
