Aspen Dental - Dentures

I started febuary of 2022 for dentures. Product kept braking, teeth falling out. Multiple complete breaking of dentures. It takes 2 days to remake or fix dentures, yet it takes 3 weeks to get an appointment. I finally gave up and have never worn the last pair of dentures as teeth are so long I can't close my mouth. They do not meet and throw my jaw alignment off I have an appointment 5/31/23 over 1 year later for a final attempt for them to get it right. Absolutely the worst customer service available. Smiles at your face while shafting you in the back. They never ever offered an apology a I'm sorry took no ownership of responsibility

Desired outcome: A pair of dentures that fit properly.

Aspen Dental - Aspen Dental East Knoxville TN

Late August 2022 Eobert Anvick started being seen at Aspen Dental for Extraction of 4 teeth and then Dentures made. October 4th 2022 they extracted his teeth, he had to return on the 5th for follow up.. On October 19 the went in to take impressions. In November 2022 he finally got his dentures. In late November they tried to put in a soft liner. He has returned atleast 1-2 times a month since the. He could never wear his dentures. Now they want him to pay another $483 for new impressions and dentures when he is already paying him $ 7,000 . I have tried to contact the corporate office, I can't get a response.

Desired outcome: Dentures that fit in his mouth so he can wear them, and not have to pay for another set.

ME TOO! I haven't been able to wear my partial bridge/denture even ONE DAY in over THREE YEARS because they never could get it right (EVEN AFTER SELLING ME the "soft liner"!). But it hasn't stopped me from having to STILL keep paying on the loan I had to take out for $10K to fix my teeth! On top of that, their "oral surgeon" who walked in to their clinic carrying a suitcase of equipment, like some kind of carpet bag floating doctor...very sketch IMHO. Anyway, he dug so hard in my mouth that I can't believe my jaw is still on my face, but what he DID DO, was give me permanent damage to the nerves running along my lower jaw! I've had teeth pulled before and I know the difference between the "noisy/crunchy" and KIND OF aggressive pulling that is "USUAL" and this "oral surgeon" (if he really was one in the first place) did more damage in my mouth than any dentist or doctor that I've EVER gone to and, disturbingly, I don't even know WHO HE WAS! THEN...he crushed my jaw and teeth SO MUCH but failed to properly irrigate and clean it out, so I had pieces of bone and teeth emerging CONTINUOUSLY which then CONTINUOUSLY kept causing serious infections with pus and pain...ALL of which I had to PAY MORE to have TREATED!

Aspen Dental - Malpractice and consumer fraud

Me and my husband went here in 2016 because we needed a dentist. Worst mistake ever. He needed 2 teeth removed but before we got to that, they stated they didnt accept our insurance which was MetLife and that we could speak with an agent and get basically a loan and have to pay it back in 3 yrs at a specific monthly rate. We agreed and on that day my husband recieved a welcome bag. He had a "high end" electric toothbrush, toothpaste and different heads for the toothbrush and some info about everything. On his first visit he had an appointment for 2 teeth to be removed but they took out 3 for whatever reason, from one of the teeth being pulled they didnt completely pull all the tooth out because he still has some tooth in his gum, after the pullings they advised he should get his teeth cleaned. The first time he got them cleaned he complained that his mouth hurt so bad he couldn't hardly do anything with his mouth. So in between the time of the next cleaning we were getting frustrated with the payments because no matter how much we paid or if it was weeks before the due date it was always late fee's attached. So he went and got his second cleaning, everything was fine, the third timenhe was scheduled to go we had stopped paying and they stated we would have to make a payment before they would do anything and we left and NEVER went back. The loan wasnt more than $1500 but now 2019 we are still paying. So when we decided not to pay and probably hadn't paid for about 6 montha we started getting smart letters of being sued ornbeing sent to 3rd party. But we were able to speak with a wonderful agent and get back on track. But now we have finally got it under $1000 dollars and seen that if we pay 17 dayd before our late day we were getting late fee's. So i used their msg center and asked about that and was tols i needed to pay a month in advance for it not to get any late fee's. So our payments are due on the 20th we will make pmnts on the 1st and still get hit with a late charge. I'm absolutely sure that we have paid this loan off and I am seriously upset and disgusted with this company. I will be going tomorrow 10/21/2019 and getting a copy of my payment history from my bank and will be seeing what i have already put into this and if it was what our loan was for i will NOT PAY ANOTHER DIME.
