Kroger

Kroger is often out of medication needed. For this reason, I called on 9/19/23 to make sure they had 2 meds Dr. office had called in that day for me I called at 3/25 & was told the drugs would be ready in 30 minutes.

We went to pick them up in the drive-through @ 6:30 & were told they had to order them & they would be delivered the next at some time & they would call me. I had a very bad eye infection & have issues with my eyes, so this med was badly needed. We at that point asked if there was another Kroger we could go to & get the meds. I'm making this sound like it was quick. That is not at all the case. Another person came to the window & she said the same thing. We again asked where we could possible go to get the meds. Then another person came to the window & she said they just happened to look & they had both drugs in stock & all we had to do to get them was go to the back of the drive through line & they would work on getting them for us. By this time we had been there over 30 minutes & would just wait right there for them to do the job that should have been done by 4:00. They called the police on us. We went inside finally & they didn't understand why we were upset. This is by no means our first issue with this pharmacy.
