We purchased a complete bedroom, living room and dining room set in May of 2020. It took 4 bed frames, 2 dressers, and 2 coffee tables to get ones that were not damaged. For the dining room, a drawer in the sideboard was crooked so they replaced it however the replacement was the wrong color so they sent a whole new sideboard. The loveseat needed a replacement cushion due to a spot on it and instead of sending a loveseat cushion they sent a sofa cushion which was not the same size as the loveseat cushion. Again, they wound up sending a whole new loveseat instead of just the cushion. For all our trouble they gave us a $150 credit on the $7,000 + that we spent. So, we thought finally we had all the furniture we ordered in good condition, however, it did not take long to realize that this was not quality furniture. The finish has rubbed off the corners of the dining room table and sideboard. The two drawers in the bed frame have broken underneath somewhere. We purchased the furniture with a 7 year no interest financing and we feel that by time we pay the furniture off in 2027 we will have to purchase new furniture as this furniture is not going to hold up to everyday wear and tear. We have no pets or children.

Rooms To Go - couch
I purchased a couch Aug of 2018 and about a month ago I noticed 3 holes in one cushion 2 holes in another and one cushion completely flattened out on the bottom to where it doesn't even line up even with the other ones. The stitching is coming apart in multiple places on the back side of the cushions that's where the holes are forming. The fabric is coming apart on the back side to where You can see a nail head. I have spoken with costumer service and your insurance company. They sent out a Tech to look at the couch, he agreed that the couch was not holding up and that he would make sure they sent me new cushions. When I spoke to the insurance company they said the claim was denied. Everyone that I spoke to was so rude to me and told me there is nothing that they can do to help me. My claim had been denied because I am 3 months past my year Warranty. So basically your couches only last for a year? No one wants to help resolve this situation. I have never dealt with a company that is so rude and unwilling to help someone. I paid a lot for the couch to last me this short amount of time. I could understand if I had it for 3 years but just a little over a year and multiple places on the couch are completely coming apart. I honestly can not believe a big company that I have heard great things about would treat a Customer so poorly and not try to help them what they could. I don't know where else to turn to? I am stuck with a couch that is barley over a year old and it's falling apart. I really hope this isn't how you treat your customers.
