I visited the store by me in kodak tn on 2 separate ocassions and was assisted by the same employee. Going to subway is a treat for me as i'm on a fixed income and cannot "go out" to eat often. Both times I ordered the same sandwich, requested the same toppings. Both times the employee made my sandwich incorrectly. Once I was able to return and have it fixed, the other time I could not. I go to subway because it is close and I can choose my own toppings. I put in a complaint, which I later found out went directly to the store I complained about. The response was basically "sorry that happened, we've spoken to the employee. Hope to see you soon". Sorry, but that is not an acceptable response. I spent almost $10 each time, getting the extra meat, and that is a lot of money for me to spend and not get what I ordered and paid for. I contacted your corporate office and received a response of "go online". This is my 3rd attempt to complain and get satisfactory resolution. At the very least, your corporation should afford me the equivalent of the cost of the two improperly made sandwiches, which I did not enjoy... (both times I ordered the italian bmt, extra meat, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, black olives, banana pepper and the left out salt, pepper, oregano and extra oil and vinegar-which makes the sandwich for me). Hoping to hear a more satisfactory response...
