Church's Chicken

On monday april 22nd I went to churches chicken in my north memphis neighborhood. I and another customer ordered 10 pc mixed chicken only. We were told there would be a 15min wait. While waiting a person who the manager new came in cussing and disrupting everything cussing out a worker who was cussing back. The manager didn't try to handle the situation so it was nerve racking to say the lest. 30 minutes passed so I inquired about my order. Found out my and the other customers order was ranged up wrong to begin with and at that point they had ran out of white meat and it would be another 15 mins. Instead of the current manager apologizing the new shift started and I got an apology from the next manger on duty. I stopped going to this location years ago because bad management and I see it hasn't changed. I got my refund and will not be coming back. It is not professional. I never have a good experience from there. The next day my sister went there and they gave her the wrong order. I left and went to popeyes. Just because you're in the hood doesn't mean all things professional goes out the window. This location needs to get their act together.
