My daughter and I visited the restaurant on 6/22/19 and noticed that the floor in the dining area was sticky. We placed our order and it took almost 30 minutes before we received it! When we did our eggs were cold. We also noticed that the table hadn't been cleaned as there were liquid stains still on it. I asked the waitress to clean it and she did, but not without such a nasty attitude! We sent the eggs back to be replaced and never received them! The waitress forgot to bring them to us. When we asked about them she got upset and never came back to our table! We were not rude to her at all, but it was clear she was having a bad day! We left without finishing our food and with our shoes sticking to the floor as we left. I paid the cashier and we left. I did not want to make a scene in the restaurant because of the nasty floors and table because she had such a nasty attitude. I am filing this complaint because I don't feel we were treated as we should have been, the level of service was horrible, we paid for food that we didn't receive, and the restaurant floor was unclean!
I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and have worked as a waitress for many years so I am very careful of how to speak to individuals in those positions because I have been in their shoes. I was not rude to her by any means. She seemed agitated with anything that was asked of her as if we were inconveniencing her. I could have asked for her manager and got her in trouble but that was not my intention. Thus I wrote this complaint generally to NOT single any one individual out as everyone needs or wants their job.
