On August 2, 2023 at 8:22 pm the Taco Bell at 6720 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38134, my husband and I went in to order take out. Our order consisted of Three Soft Taco Supremes
Two Crunchy Taco Supremes +No Lettuce.
Three Mild Sauce Packets
First of all, they got my order wrong. I received the two crunchy tacos with only meat and cheese, no tomatoes or sour cream. But I was charged for Supremes. Also, no sauce packets. Why can't you read it off the order right in front of you.
While we were there a customer asked to get his money back as he had waited over 25 minutes for his order. Even though he was respectful and calm at first, one female worker verbally attacked him by screaming at him and laughing in the back. She slapped the counter several times and constantly screamed at him "we are working on your order we have to get the drive through first" He tried to explain no one was in the drive though when he arrived, and he would just like his money back and to speak to a manager. I have never seen an employee act like this other than social media. She should be fired immediately. As an HR Director myself, I would never let an employee disgrace my company like that. I didn't feel safe so I was glad they called our order so we could get out of there.
Desired outcome: Employee should be fired. I do not want a refund that doesn't resolve your issues with staff. I knew better than to go to this location because they don't ever get our order correct. I won't go to this location ever again.
