Eye exam and payment made on 12-19-20, we were able to get 1st pair on 1-4-21, we have been back to the store on 1-6-21, 1-13-21, 1-16-21, try calling your number of [protected] only to be told we have one pair ready to be picked up
We were told on the 13th that the glasses had been sent back to lab, something not right, of the 4 employees that work there no one took time to call or email to say that they had been returned, so here we are 1-17-21 with no glasses
Your assistance on this matter would be appreciated
