Aspen Dental

My adventure with Aspen Dental started in 2022. I have full dentures in which I received from a different dentist office in Dallas Tx (Lancaster Family Dental), My dentures were made to fit and look like my old teeth prior to removal of teeth and put in immediate dentures in 2018. In 2022 I had a tooth from the denture to come out. I made an appointment with Aspen Dental to have it repaired. The 1st office was the Grand prairie Tx. office. The tooth came out and I went back and it came out again. This time I ask if I could try another office in which I went to the Arlington office. They repaired the tooth twice due to it still coming out.

I was told that a new denture could be made to the exact appearance as my old denture and I would not have this problem any more. They made the denture but was unable to copy my old denture look on several attempts to do so. The denture fit fine but the cosmetic look has an appearance as if Im wearing false teeth. I paid for the dentures that was made and continued to wear my old denture because the Arlington Tx. office fixed it again and I used the new Denture as a back up emergency denture. My problem now is the tooth in the old denture came out again. I called another aspen dental to see if they could do a better Job and I was told Aspen does not work on dentures not made by them. This was the Mesquite Tx office. They said I would have to go back to the Arlington office to have it repaired. I'm not understanding how is it that a Lab who advertise denture repair not able to try and repair my denture. I didn't want to go back to the same office that can't seem to get it right. Please help, at this point I'll take the loss of the new dentures I purchased but at least give me an opportunity to have my old one tooth put back in. Im paying each time I take it back in for repair.
