Mattress and Base were supposed to be delivered on 8/29/23. Received call from ROOMS TO GO that they did not have the mattress in stock and had to special order it. And they could deliver it on 09/02/23 (Labor Day Weekend). I explained we would not be home so they scheduled it for 09/05/23. Keneshia (store manager) assured me that the Mattress and Base would be delivered together. We received the mattress and NO base. They took our old bed so now we have a $3500 mattress laying on our floor and will not get the base until maybe 09/08/23.
Desired outcome: We wish to be compensated monetarily for having to sleep on the floor due to Rooms To Go's mistake. We spent almost $5000 to sleep on the floor. Thanks Rooms To Go!

Rooms To Go - Couch cushion replacement
We purchased a Cindy Crawford couch in 2020 and unfortunately after less then 1 year the seems started to split which is not covered under the extended warranty. I was told to replace the covers I need to fill out an order form and mail in a check. I did as I was instructed and my check was cashed 7/28/2022. After 3 months and no contact or replacements I called customer service and was told that my replacements would be delivered in about 3-5 days as they had just sent it to the warehouse. 2 weeks later I call again and got another story that it can take up to 90 days from the time parts dept gets the check. We are now of 1/20/23 and after over 12 calls, 12 different stories, and 3 supervisors I am still without my covers. Just got off the phone with a supervisor named Theo who said he had to email the parts dept and basically there is nothing I can do. I am at their mercy. I will never ever purchase anything from rooms to go and will tell anyone I know who needs to buy furniture to steer clear. Which is a bummer as I have 2 family members about to move and they both need to purchase new furniture. Do better rooms to go.

Rooms To Go - Fake leather couch 3 cushions sleeper bed
As said above I have defective leather couch. Same issue as lawsuit in Florida. Peeling, cracking.
It was bought in 2015. Austin Texas. Was told nothing they could do.
I have read many reports that people have issue with this bonded leather.
I do not want money back. Just a new couch. I cannot sit on couch. I can take pictures to show.
I would like this issue resolved as so many have complaints on bonded leather. At 70 I should have a functional couch. As I live alone this couch should have lasted a good 15 years!
Desired outcome: Trade for new couch. Not expensive just functional.
Did they tell YOU it was "top grain leather"? That's what they told me!
