Well I cant remember at the moment the date or time. Since there is no service record of my care ever being there n account before I took my car there or set up the appointment! Anyway I set up an appointment to get my wagon aligned because I just rebuilt my front end. I eye balled the alignment to get it close so it would be safe to drive (its only 3 miles from my house) I drop off my wagon for the appointment I had. & by the end of the day they still havent got to my car! No call email nothing from them I call up there & ask whats going on & the lady at the front said one of her techs had to go home early so I would need to leave my car there so first thing in the morning she would have the tech jump on my car & get it out asap! I said what choice do I have really? By the end of the following day I get a call that my car is ready. I bum a ride to get my wagon pay the lady & ask about the warranty she said 1 yr inless I want to purchase the life time warranty I think it was $200/$300 I declind & just got the yr warranty. Ok I get in my wagon & leave & noticed my steering wheel was a 1/4 turn to the right & it wasnt like that when I dropped it off! I get home & look at the alignment paper & it shows my me just eye balling it that I was only off by 2* on one tire. Bs! So I call up there & tell the lady that they did nothing to my car & that I wanted the alignment that I paid for she says to bring it in & drop it off the following day., I do so. That moring. They keep my car all day & never look at it! So it stays over night. The next day I call up there mid afternoon & still didnt get to my car! An hr later I get the call. I bum another ride & its on the rack & the guy shows me a bolt loose on the rear end & a bushing (not out but not perfect) he says it needs to be replaced & quoted me $600! I said id do it myself & the rear wheel bearing needs replaced! So they cant align the front because of it & thats why my steering wheel is off! For 2 days they had my car & did nothing to it! I bought another wheel bearing & installed it, nothing was wrong with the bearing infact it was only 1 month old! I call & talk to a guy at the front desk & he trys to convince me that my car wont align because of the rear bushing wont allow it. I said the rear has nothing to do with my steering wheel & is not affecting the front wheel alignment but he insists that it does! Talking to me like im an idiot! This isnt the first time with these people either.! You dont run a business like this inless your trying to get it shut down! Bad business!
Desired outcome: id like a full refund & my service updated on my account . both times i was there for this alignment! id also like to have my steering wheel fixed right aloe they did my blazer that never got dri cleaned by the way!!dreams right?
