When My family and I entered the store, the store seemed to be overpacked. To which we heard mumbling about "the line"... when it came time to check out. About an hr later. The line was from the beginning of the store all the way towards the end of the building. I even took a picture of how ridiculous the line seemed to be. Apparently only 4 cashier registers were open and 5 closed. We waited in line for 40 minutes until finally paying a few items. Either you get more staff to work on the floor and registers or take some of the merchandise out. It is extremely packed and not enough staff. Im sure theft is a big issue along with horrible customer service.
