Today May 27, I attempted to use a coupon that states that it expires May 27, 2023 - today. Before I could even order at the window, the employee jumps in and says, “If you have a coupon that expires today you can’t use it today. It expired at midnight last night.” I replied that it did have a coupon that expires today, but it should be good today. She says, “Well that is not how our system works and multiple people (I think she said at least five people) have complained today about not being able to use the same coupon.” This is at the Buda, Texas Panda Express. I would like my money reimbursed. It is a coupon that states “buy a bowl, get a bowl free”. I have the coupon and the receipt .
Desired outcome: Refund the price of one orange bowl with Fried rice.
