I am submitting this because I am very disappointed in the purse that I purchased. [protected] Black Tote for $22.99 on July 1 2019.
I shop at Ross almost exclusively and until my experience at their Carrollton store, I have been super satisfied with my experiences. I understand that they cannot accept products that people use and then return, but there are times that their policy should have an exception made to it and that is when the product itself is inferior. A purse at any price point should last more than a couple of months without the handle shredding. When I tried to return it I was told "we can't resale this" to my reply that she was absolutely correct and that this product should not be sold at all. I have purses that I have purchased at the same price point that have withstood years of me carrying it. The sales associates and managers attitude was also disappointing. I understand when you are upholding your companies policies but to make a customer feel like they are trying to do something underhanded is another. I was told "we wouldn't let someone wear shoes and then bring them back", and my reply was "thank you I totally agree" but that is not what is happening here. This is a defective product, not an issue or wearing something. I hope that they remove the product if they don't intend on allowing people to return it. I spend $1000's of dollars in their stores and have recommended them to all my friends thinking that they were a company that stood behind their products but after this experience, I will not do so with the same confidence and I will never purchase a handbag from their store. I would like to get a refund for the product. I also tried submitting this to their website and the page would not ever load.

You bought a purse at ross. What did you expect? Policy is policy what are they supposed to do, call customer service if 20$ means so much to you.
