We went to the store on 09/01/2023 and we bought a recliner and a standard size bench. Order #[protected] and delivery was on 09/07/2023 with a counter size bench instead of a standard. I called the store and spoke with the guy who sold it to us Juan Gomez. He had me hold on the phone and then he tells me problem solved and expect delivery on 09/13/2023. I tried to track my delivery and it shows nothing, so I call the store and get passed around from person to person until a boy by the name of Will Sanchez gets on the phone and says that Juan can't reorder or make changes like he said he did and I said that I didn't know why he would lie like that and he quickly said, well I don't know that he lied which I found offensive and I pass the phone to my Husband because I'm on hold again and that kid gets back on the phone with a bad attitude with my Husband. He tells my Husband that he'll call back and when he does he must have thought about how he had spoken to us and he changed his tune. He needs to be reminded that Customer Service is his main job and he's left a bad taste in my mouth and I don't know if I'll be shopping at your store again.
Desired outcome: I want my correct item and I want the employees to adjust their attitude
Delivery people are great, it's Juan Gomez and Will Sanchez who need to learn manners and respect for their elders and maybe a refresher course in customer service.
