I made an appointment yesterday (06/21/2022) for a front end alignment today (06/22/2022) at 11:00am. I arrived early by about 15 min. The attendants at the desk said she had taken 2 other walk ins before I arrived, therefore I’ll be set behind them. I asked about the appointment. Her reply was she will take a walk-in even though there is an appointment due to the fact the other two walked in before I did for my appointment even though I was 15 minutes early. I then stated an appointment means nothing then and she kept saying the other non appointments (walk in’s) walked in before I did, thus they go first. Due to the fact, she will not tut down a walk in. So. My conclusion to this is an appointment made with firestone means nothing and I should just pick my own time to just walk in and she will have to take me since I walked in before anybody else. If this makes sense to you, please call me at [protected] and explain it to me. And if this doesn’t make sense, please call me at [protected] to explain what in the world is going on here.
Desired outcome: Satisfaction.
The front end alignment was not done properly. Camber was out on passenger side. I pointed it out . Now my car is sitting outside waiting to go back on the rack….for how long?…nobody knows. 1st why was this not found before it came off the rack. If the job wasn’t done properly why fo I now have to wait in the back of the line. WHY was I told the job was completed and was ready to go when it was obvious on the printout it was not…if I would have just taken Firestones word “all is good” my tires would have worn on the inside on that side and as I rotate the tires ALL the tires would be worn prematurely.
