Church's Chicken

I had to come home and have a drink to calm my nerves today because I wanted to slap the skin off this girl employees face. I'm disrespected everytime these 2 certain employees are there. It's a male and female. There is a coupon for 3 pc mix and side for $4.49.
I order 2 wings and a thigh. That's a 3 pc mix. I'm charged an extra $1 each time. I t doesn't specify the pieces. This will be the 4th time I have complained about these and nothing happens. Today my food was slammed on the counter and the window slammed in my face. I told them I have already put in a complaint on them and they said so what. Then she said he's the general manager. When has a gm worked cooking chicken at a location for over a year. I told her u need to be fired. She said girl try. I'm not a damn girl. I'm 55 yrs old. These 2 need to be fired immediately. But, as he said tell anyone I want because nothing is going to happen. This is true because i've complained numerous times and nothing happens. Church's has never contacted me about any of the complaints. So what he said is true and church's does not care how their customers are treated.
