The store located at 611 W. Jefferson in Dallas, TX employs horrible, unruly employees and management who mistreat the customer in every turn. I have grown tired of dealing with such individuals and have since taken my business elsewhere. Furthermore, during this covid-19 pandemic, the store does very little to prevent customers from risking their health. This store uses hand sanitizer deluded in water at the entrance, do not check for customers wearing masks, and have no protection screens at their cash registers, something any other place I had visited has. The store also refuses to keep away homeless vagrants who keep approaching customers at their entrance and parking lot, and who do not wear any protection on their faces on top of that. This place is a threat to our community during these times overall. I had tried contacting their site, but they never reply to such concerns.
Fiesta Mart - This store values homeless people attacking customers more than paying customers themselves.
There's always such people at their entrance harassing customers and the like, as well as inside where they even mess with the atm machine poking it with sticks hoping to get money out of it. I am not kidding at all. Supervisors and the like even interact with these people and pat them on the back knowing all this. Homeless also curse and attack customers and I already had tried bringing this to their attention, but management here actually get upset that you do and threaten to tell on their boss that you are "causing trouble, ' not them. Also, whenever a security guard shows up late in the afternoon they also try to confront you about this problem instead of helping out. I don't know how this place has managed to stay in business this long.

Oh gawd, in Dallas too? We have the same problems in Houston. However, Fiesta is really bad at customer relations, false advertising and just general all around mayhem. They are too cheap for cameras and real security too. Things will only get better if Fiesta intercedes. They won't though because they think it's funny to watch your neighborhood rot. They're ALSO Cheap but not too cheap to FALSE ADVERTISE and promote crime.
