Fiesta Mart - Poor and Inconsistent customer service

I am a frequent customer at the Fiesta on 9440 Cullen Blvd and I recently visit this location on December 15,2023. I'm a 49 year old veteran and I've never had this problem before and I've purchased beverages that contains alcohol many times. (Recently as 3 days ago) The cashier who told me her name was Anne asked me for a I.D. I recently had my wallet stolen and am in the process of getting a new one I however carry my old ID, my veteran's ID, a photo copy of my current ID, a copy of my ID in my phone, my social security card,and everything the police considers proper identication and she refused to allow me to make my purchase. I asked for a manager and she referred me to a woman at the front named Juana. When I approached Juana her first attempt was to not acknowledge my presence so I knew there would be no cooperation on her behalf. I took her name and went to my car to see if in could contact someone else in the store. When I called Juana answered and I explained to her the situation. She said that's the policy do I said okay fine I'll see if I can find another solution that didn't involve her. She then told me to return to the store and present her with verification which I did. Keep in mind I just made a similar purchase a few days prior without any of these problems. My appointment to receive a new ID is set on December 21 so I showed her everything including the incident report where I reported my ID was stolen. Please keep in mind I'm a 49 year old veteran and I was told that they were only supposed to ID people 27 and under. How can one cashier complete her job without incident and another be so polar opposite. The employees and management need to be retained so they can have a consistent policy on how they treat all customers to avoid future accusations of discrimination of any sort. I hope this issue is addressed and resolved quickly.
