Hello,
I am a customer here at fiesta #1 on Quitman Street have been for more than
30+ years I was there 11/04/24 around 7:30 that morning I was walking down by the juices. The store manager Jorge was so unprofessional he was yelling at the employee he is so arrogant I was very upset never have I seen something like that I would think he would speak to his employees in his office in private. I don't feel comfortable going to fiesta any more after 30+ years I would want him transferred or fired he was so unprofessional fiesta will loose so many customers because of him. He should not be a manager unless he knows how to talk to people! I'm highly upset at this situation please let there be a change thank you!

Parking lot... Looks like a war zone, third world country stuff. Your company spent a lot of money remodeling store for outside to look like that. I see store employees standing outside on there cell phones but not one is sent outside to clean up. The lot should be clean every day. Looks like dump and also free vendors selling tamales out of there cars. I care about my area that I live in that's the only reason why i'm letting you know.

When I got home I immediately gave them to the kids and ate one myself but noticed a weird flavor to it and when I looked under the wrapper the cupcake was moldy. Produce/ Manager Oscar
On 12/02/2022 I returned to store #20 , at FM 1960 to return 2 avocados my husband bought 3days before and they were rotten inside. After approaching Manager Oscar and showing him the rotten produce he asked if I had a receipt, I said no because one do not hold on to receipt to wait for produce to be ready to use. He was very rude and accused me of keeping the produce too long that's why it went bad. He then said I can only get back two of the same produce. Guess what after returning home and cutting them open same time it's all rotten inside again. Obviously he is selling rotten avocados at his store. I plan on taking them back
again. Oscar was rude enough to tell me that he is not going to take back anything at any other time.
Desired outcome: I would like Manager Oscar to be more courteous and professional in dealing with customer issues. I understand we cannot see inside the produce beforehand but after spending hard earned money it only fair we the customer get fair treatment.
Chronic false advertising
When you see a sale sign at fiesta, houston, fulton for a sale or even a regular price, you better take a picture of it because at the cash register it rarely magically appears correctly at checkout. Plus, if the cashier puts in "her" price from her own mind into the register, that won't match the advertised or regular price, necessarily, either. This is an ongoing battle at fiesta, houston, on fulton. It's amazing the nasty things this store will do to manipulate prices. Don't ever do all your shopping at this fiesta unless you want to take 30 minutes at the register correcting all of the advertised and/or regularly displayed prices manually, yourself. Most people just go there and aren't aware somehow. Its possible most customers can't read english, which is even worse, because that's taking advantage of people. Consequently, if you get home find the mistakes they won't fix their mistakes because they don't make mistakes... As if the customer is somehow out of line. Any other large food store chain in houston does not present and practice such treachery. Just be aware if you find yourself in any fiesta really. I think it's a corporate habit.

Fiesta store #17 on san jacinto. my mom was detained by the managers after a man accused my mom of stealing to his wife. he dragged from the metro but back to the store. where the managers were waiting. the managers believed the man and his wife, who insisted my mom had stolen her wallet (the man and his wife wanted to dig in her purse too. my mom didn't let her, wanted to wait for the police). how could she steal from them my mom is very old! she's close to 80 years and the man and his wife were in their fifties. they all bunched up agains my mom (the managers, and the man in his wife) and made a spectacle of my mom. they didn't even allowed her to call the police. they told her they had clld the police. there was a large crowd gathered around her, close to the front of the store, after two hours (and secretly talking among the manager and the accusers) the manager came to my mom, just told my mom she could go. I tt corporate office on katy fwy, and they didn't even apologize!
The creeps! I can't believe they are doing this to an old lady! my mom didn't have a cell phone. but thank god I bought her one now. so she can call 911. she won't be going there anymore. I advise senior customers to be wary. they man and his wife who accused my mom go to that store. (it was the beginning of the month) if you go be careful. there is a lot of creeps there.

I went to buy 7 min before 11 and the security had all the door close and didn’t let me go make a purchase it’s unacceptable what they are doing after I went to spend time and gas money
Giving my Id for the store personnel to hold on to in order to use Motorized Carts. I was asked to give the cashier my ID before I could use the cart to shop in the store.
I'm a person with disability an in pain all the time.
I went to the courtesy booth and was directed back to the front of the store. They left me standing there.
