Fiesta Mart - Was sold expired and moldy cupcakes

At 8:50pm July 19, 2023 I went to Fiesta to buy last minute groceries and bought cupcakes. When I got home I immediately gave them to the kids and ate one myself but noticed a weird flavor to it and when I looked under the wrapper the cupcake was moldy. After I checked the other cupcakes and they all equally had mold on them.

I have included the receipt on the pictures area.

Desired outcome: Please provide me a refund of some kind.

Fiesta Mart - Customer service

On Saturday June 24, 2023 around 8:15pm I went to fiesta#22 I saw 3 registers open long lines each also I saw the “‘manager”’ on duty really friendly with 2 female helping them on his register with a big sign “this linea is closed” but checking them out and talking and talking to them. I got in line the one that was shorter my mistake I didn’t read it was only 15 items. The cashier told me about the 15 items until I had already put all my stuff on the belt that he was about to leave I told him call your manager so he can check me out. But he told me it was ok he will help me this time only. And I really appreciate it because the other lanes were huge his customer service was good. Then the short Hispanic guy the “manager” told me I can’t be on that line since I had more than 15 items. My problem here is if the “manager” is only going to open registers for his friends and family and not to help to get the lines down he shouldn’t be on the register at all. Is not fair for other customers neither for employees.

Desired outcome: Talk to y’all managers not to only help their families and friends on their registers but help the other lines get down!!!
