Store Location. 8130 Kirby, Houston, TX, 77054. Phone: [protected]. I had I saw some Mango juice on sale so I decided to purchase a few bottles since the label stated it was pure Mango juice.
After I purchased my items while still on the phone with my brother a security guard came running behind the security guard stated that the manager who was in the aisle in front of the one that I paid for the items instructed him to follow me and demand for me to show the receipt. I showed the receipt and then demanded my money back. I have vowed to no longer return to that store or any others for that matter.
That manager was a short woman with short dark hair who looks like an Asian woman who could also be someone who is from Central/South America. I choose no longer to financially support systems and corporations who don't value me or my money. And there is too much competition for me to tolerate this ill and disrespectful behavior.

Desired outcome: I want a formal apology from that manager and the corporation and to be paid to conduct cultural etiquette workshops, support for my organization too.

That's awful! Yes, Fiesta as a rule, has bad customer service and doesn't like to see happy people in their stores. It's an attack on you. I've banned Fiestas for years at a time, even a decade. My mother resented shopping at ANY Fiesta because she felt she was attacked too because she was not of brown skin. It's real, racism towards white people, alive and well in Fiesta and in Houston. Fiesta is a rotted company at its core. Just ban it.
