I ordered a pizza as we do often. We had just ordered one on October 30, 2020. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was very rude very poor customer service. This was October 31 2020. She informed me that the pizza was delivered to an old address. She then processed to tell me it was my fault. I no longer had that address on my profile. She said she would make another one but she shouldn't because it was my fault. I called her back asking to talk to the manager again. Asked her if there would be some compensation for the pizza being late breadsticks something for their mistake. I don't ask for free food but when a huge mistake like this is made something needs to be done. She then told me she was canceling the pizza and I wouldn't get one at all. I told her that if she refused to deliver a pizza I paid for I would call and report to the Dayton Police department. The kept laughing at me and speaking to a coworker telling them everything I said. I have never ever had problems with this store. Everyone has been excellent but people that do not have customer service skills have no business being a manager let alone work for the public.
